How can you get your athletes more focused on their goals and actually perform better than ever before? This is important because if your athletes don’t know what they need to do, they won’t be motivated to go out and get it. You can’t expect your athletes to focus on their conditioning, but if they don’t know what they should be doing to work out and exercise, you may be wasting your time.
